By placing your order, you "the client" agree to the terms and conditions listed below:

• Client Satisfaction is Guaranteed.

• The terms "booking", "securing", and "reserving" in regard to a portrait are used interchangeably and refer to guaranteeing your spot on my portrait calendar.

• The "Consultation" is when I contact you and we discuss the portrait details to include photos, size, layout, orientation, etc. The Consultation may be held over Zoom, phone, email, text, etc. 

• Cancelation:

• The Client may cancel a portrait order any time after purchase and before our Consultation for a 100% refund.
• The Client may cancel a portrait order after our Consultation within 48-Hours for 50% refund.
• The Reservation is Non-Refundable 48-Hours after our Consultation.

• Client acknowledges the artist is creating a unique work of art made by hand, and as such, neither "perfection" nor "photo realism" can be a reasonable expectation. A likeness will be rendered to the Artist's greatest level of ability with the reference photos provided. Quality Guideline: The better the photos, the better the artistic rendering.

• "Adjustments" are defined as minor corrections to the painting such as eye color, softening of wrinkles, minor correction of facial features, minor color corrections, etc. 

• Adjustments ARE accepted throughout the painting process, within reason. Note: There is a physical limitation to the amount of color correction with Soft Pastel. Please let me know if you see anything that needs to be adjusted as soon as possible.

• "Changes" are defined as additions-to or erasure-of any significant part of the painting, major color changes, composition changes, background changes, etc. 

• Changes are generally NOT accepted after the painting process has begun, but please inquire as early as possible if necessary.

• The Artist retains the Right to Cancel any order, with full refund, if she believes she's unable to produce a high-quality painting after receiving the customer's requests and photos. 

• The Artist retains All Copy Rights (No one else may make copies of the artwork for sale or profit).

• The Artist retains the Right to reproduce the art for sale of such items as Prints, Cards, Stickers, Promotional Material, Educational Material, etc.

• The Artist retains the Right to Share artwork on social media or other portfolio platforms.

• As a client, you are free and encouraged to show the artwork to your friends and family.
