Practice at home!
Get Started:
1) Transfer your template to your watercolor paper.
2) Then label your Color Wheel: Yellow at the top, Violet at the bottom. (Labels below)
Paint:
1) Start with the Primary Colors: Magenta, Lemon-Yellow, Cyan-Blue
2) Secondary Colors: Orange, Green, Violet
3) Tertiary Colors (all the in-between colors)
Now Expand Your Practice:
1) Try Mixing Complementary Colors in the outer white space:
- Magenta+Green
- Yellow+Violet
- Blue+Orange.
2) Mix a Red: Magenta+Yellow
3) Lastly, Mix a Black: Magenta+Yellow+Blue

For this exercise, "R" will represent Magenta.
Y = Lemon Yellow
YO = Yellow Orange
O = Orange
RO = Red Orange
R = Magenta
RV = Red Violet
V = Violet
BV = Blue Violet
B = Cyan / Sky Blue
BG = Blue Green
G = Green
YG = Yellow Green
To create a Warm-Toned Color Wheel, replace:
Lemon Yellow > Primary or Cadmium Yellow
Cyan Blue > Ultramarine Blue
Magenta > Primary or Cadmium Red
